Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 5-15 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping, when the logistics tracking number comes out.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn't leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Standard Shipping takes 15-15business days to arrive, and Express shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive when logistic tracking number comes out. Please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

Tracking

If you can't track your package by the tracking number, don't worry, that because our package is sent from China to America so the tracking number will be invalid when it stays abroad, after it arrives in America, USPS will take this package then your tracking number will be available.

Note: Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska cannot be delivered via express.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please contact our customer service representative within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 50 days of receipt for most items in new condition. 

1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message. 

Return Conditions

1. You have 50 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 50 days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

How to exchange the order?

You can make a new order first, and when we get the return, we will apply a full refund of the items you returned.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
